Step 1
First of all the contours are drawn onto the canvas.
Step 2
Then the finer details and shades are drawn.
Step 3
In the first-step phase, the painting gets its first layer of high-grade
oil paint.
Step 4
In the next step, further details are painted.
Step 5
With the next layer, the painting is finnished off. Here all details and
shadings are painted most precisely.
The
final acceptance test
After a painting has been finnished, our studio chief, Mr. Bergmann, checks
each oil painting in person and only passes the painting into the framing
studio and to despatch if he is satisfied with the result.
